Stuart Savage turned in a fine spell of bowling to take 7-60 in 27 overs, in the match against Ealing. Hamilton (37), Maddern (25), Soni (28) and Fenton (28) were the main contributors as Ealing slumped to 137 all out.
Wooburn started soundly through Dick Keeble (29) and Derek Milsom (15), but wickets then fell cheaply. Savage turned in a good all-round performance by scoring 22, but with Alan Rogers the only other batsman to reach double figures, Wooburn were all out for 111.
