Steve Smith grabbed five wickets but Wooburn still went down to Farnham Royal by 65 runs.
Consistent scoring in Royal\s middle order, particularly from Brown (34) and Gillham (33), saw them reach 168 all out. Smith (5-53) and skipper Alan Rogers (2-55) did most of the damage for Wooburn.
In Wooburn\s reply, they struggled to come to terms with Waddell (7-24), with only Dick Keeble (46) and Tony Wake (25) contributing, as the Narkovians slumped to 103 all out. Woodland (2-21) also bowled well for Farnham Royal.
