Boyne Hill got off to a good start through Dave Westlake (52), but a middle-order slump gave the visitors an easy five-wicket win.
Westlake was well supported by Kevin Murray (17) and Michael Turner (19), but they were the only two batsmen to reach double figures and Boyne Hill declared at 103-9 after a rain-interrupted innings.
Wooburn began well through openers Geoff Anthony (31) and Derek Milsom (35), then Ray Bing saw them to victory for the loss of only five wickets with a knock of 27 not out.
