Strong batting performence sets up win
The young guns were a bit too strong with 4 players scoring 50’s on an excellent wicket at Widmer End which was one of the best of the season. It looked good and played exactly as it looked with the ball coming on and then being deposited around the ground and onto the tennis courts by the heavy handed Wooburn openers.
