The 2nd XI beat Chalfont St. Peter after being asked to field first. A couple of early breakthroughs by Johnson and Pidgeon put the Narks in a good position, and they steadily worked their way through the Chalfont order. Coombe (2-25) and Tennant (3-31) restricted the batting side to 179-9.
Wooburn answered aggressively, with Morriss (52*) well supported by Mayo (21), Tennant (37) and White (53), taking Wooburn to an impressive six wicket win.
