Comfortable win over Ploughmans
Fifties from James White and Richie Barker, together with three wickets apiece from Rob Rogers and Adam Morris, secured a comfortable 59-run win for the Sunday side against Ploughmans.
James (56) and Richie (69) helped Wooburn rebuild from 16-3 to reach 163-8 at tea. Ben Sturgess then took two early wickets to put Ploughmans in trouble and although the visitors recovered to 87-3, Rob and Adam (who both finished with 3-18) instigated a collapse which saw them tumble to 104 all out.
