Wooburn beat Buckingham by five wickets, although the win was only completed in the last over as the Narks chased a total of 223. Quick bowler John White impressed, bowling a tight spell with little luck.
Facing a testing total, Wooburn were given a solid start by Angus Porter (78), revelling in a return to his old club, and Paul Cooper (42). Stuart Savage saw his side home with a majestic knock, making 61 not out.
